Physiotherapy is a proven and evidence based approach in treating a wide range of injuries and conditions including back and neck pain, repetitive strain injuries, joint pain and arthritis, muscle injuries, post surgery rehabilitation, and sports injuries.

Our centre is unique, as all new patients will be reviewed by a Medical Specialist in Rehabilitation, prior to treatment with our trained and experienced team of physiotherapist. Our physiotherapy team works in partnership with our patients to enable them to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

Our aim is to improve the quality of life of our patients and give them appropriate information and support to manage their condition in the future. We are committed to providing care and treatment of the highest quality and our philosophy is one of helping our patients to help themselves.

What we do

1 - Pain Management (reduction and management of pain to increase quality of life).

2 - Injection (reduce inflammation and provide pain relief).

3 - Physical Therapy (repair and restore optimal joint and muscle function.

4 - Therapeutic Manipulation Therapy (non-surgical care for back and neck pain dysfunction).

5 - Medical Massage Therapy and Pressotherapy (alleviates pain, relief muscles spasm, reduce oedema, and improve circulation).

6 - Kinesio Taping (Stabilize the muscle and joint, especially for sports).

7 - Post Therapeutic Training (Personal and performances based training programme, Assistance with the use of aids, splints, crutches, walking sticks and wheelchairs).
