This multi-disciplinary research interest group involves collaboration with researchers from different faculties, notably, the Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Cognitive Sciences. Studies conducted under this research group are mainly conducted on patients undergoing imaging evaluation in the hospital. One example of past study conducted in this interest group is on lung cancer medical images diagnoses using hybrid deep learning with radial basis function network algorithm.
