MEDICAL EDUCATION UNIT (MEU)
INTRODUCTION & HISTORY
MEU FMHS established on 3rd April 2001 approved during 33rd Senate meeting. Main role was support and training especially on teaching and learning activities during the initial establishment. Then in 2003, MEU was strengthened by five groups: curriculum development, assessment and evaluation, teaching and learning support, staff/students training and development and research.
VISION
To become a prominent, integral and accessible unit, advising on matters pertaining to undergraduate medical and nursing education
MISION
To facilitate faculty staff development, play a key advisory role in curriculum development and review, and be active in research involving medical education
